I would highly recommend the Rollins team if you are looking for a realtor who will be with you every step of the way. This is my 2nd time being their client and all I can say is I am 110% satisfied with how they handle business. They are the easiest people to work with, communication skills are great, and if you have a question it won’t be long before you have an answer. Always a pleasure working with this team and if I need a realtor in the future they will be my first call. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Rollins!

Great people! David is very knowledgeable and helped us figure out some property lines before we bought! Quick smooth closing. He is patient and negotiated well with the seller. Used United Title of Louisiana. Feel very secure knowing property has cleared title! We have used David multiple times and highly recommend him and his team!

David did a great job. He handled everything in a timely manner. He always kept us informed. I believe he had our best interest at heart. If I ever needed to buy or sell, I’d use him. I’m not in the market to buy or sell as this time though.

David has a ton of experience and was in the construction business for years. David is a client advocate I’ve experienced that for myself. He will give good advice. He will not sugar coat if asked. Awesome! This is not the first time we have worked with David and Annette. That’s the reason why we used them again. David answered our calls and texts immediately. He had all his paperwork together and correct. He made sure he answered every question we had. And of course we know David could not do all of this without the help of his partner and wife Annette! Their knowledge of the local housing market was vital in helping us list and sell our home incredibly fast, and their negotiation expertise helped us close the deal with the buyer efficiently and professionally. You want these hard-working people on your team! Five stars is not high enough!

Out of all the realtors I met while I was in the business, I knew that I wanted David to handle the sale of my property. His knowledge as a general contractor, before being a realtor, potentially saved me from thousands of dollars worth of damage. He brought to mind things I would have never thought of that were critical to keeping my home in good condition while I was 7 hours away during the renovation and sale. The thing I like most about David is I know I’m going to get the truth from him. Circumstances surrounding real estate transactions can be very challenging. Whether the news is good news or not, I know he is going to shoot me straight, and to me, that is priceless. I can trust him. I’ve recommended him to friends and family alike and have not been disappointed. Furthermore, during my time working as a realtor I got an inside knowledge of the business as well as a behind the scenes look at how different realtors operated, treated their clients, etc. With that knowledge in hand, I knew I wanted David to handle the sale of my home. There is no substitute for trustworthiness and many years of experience. That’s why I chose him to be my realtor, and I am so glad I did.

Home selling can be incredibly stressful! Thankfully, we had David and Annette Rollins to walk us through the process and make our experience as stress-free as possible.David and Annette were very professional and very responsive to our questions and needs.They provided an outstanding photographer and videographer that really showcased our home.
